C. Clyde Jones Volunteer of the Year

The Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes individuals who have given their time not only to the Chamber, but the community as a whole, making Manhattan a better place. Originally starting in 1990, the award was renamed to honor C. Clyde Jones in 2015. Jones was the first K-State Dean of the College of Business, and was heavily involved in K-State’s Athletic Development. Since his retirement he has devoted much of his time to local non-profit organizations. His passion to serve through volunteerism continues to inspire those in Manhattan, and will continue to do so for many, many years to come.
