As of today, a total of 123 people have completed the Treat ‘em Right hospitality trainings which represents a total of 42 businesses around town.

This program is designed to help businesses and their staff gain knowledge in relating to visitors as well as provide the tools necessary to enhance visitor experiences. This courtesy training consists of five easy videos that provide the participant with a better understanding of Manhattan's tourism offerings while sharing insightful customer service tips.

Those who complete the training receive a certificate and a window cling is provided to identify those businesses whose staff is hospitality certified. Plus, participants will automatically be registered for fun monthly drawings. So far there have been 3 monthly drawings with winners receiving admission tickets to the Flint Hills Discovery Center, Ice Rink passes and K-State Student Union bowling passes. Quarterly drawings are held for $50 in Little Apple Dollars for all who completed the training. Bi-yearly drawings will also be held for a $100 Visa card. It pays to be hospitable!

This online training program is free for all and can be completed in less than an hour. To get started on your training or to learn more about the program click here.

We look forward to your business being 100% Treat 'em Right Manhattan certified.
