These awards followed a competitive selection process culminating in the Performing Duties of Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment’s selection of these proposals on August 13, 2021. These infrastructure projects benefit local installations and provide support to our service members, their families, and the Department’s missions. The awards derive from Fiscal Year 2021 appropriated funding and leverage an additional $68 million in non-Federal funding for a total investment of $128 million.
