2020 Business Showcase Exhibitor Agreement

  1. Reserve Now – Member Exclusive: Tuesday, October 13, 2020
    11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Manhattan Conference Center, Hilton Garden Inn
  2. Set up:
    This year will look a little different. We will have the Business Showcase on the same day as our 1st Annual Business Awards Luncheon. We will have the vendor booths set up and open before and after the luncheon (11 a.m.-1:30 p.m.). We will have the Business Showcase event from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Vendors must be a member in good standing. All displays must be self-standing and removed at the conclusion of the event. Food is not permitted at your space.
  3. Grand Prize Card:
    Instead of Grand Prize Cards, this year attendees will drop their business card into the big barrel upon entry. We are also asking each vendor to donate a prize for a live drawing at their table before the grand prize drawings. ($25 prize value)
  4. Exhibitor Table Cost:
    Includes: 1 clothed and skirted table, 2 tickets to Business Showcase and 1 ticket to Business Awards Luncheon
  5. Does your table need electricity
    Additional $20. You must provide a heavy-duty extension cord.
  6. Method of Payment
  7. Exhibitor cancellation/refund deadline is Wednesday, September 30, 2020. If the Business Showcase is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
